The Overhaul Process

This is an overview of the overhaul process of the engine of a 2004 Piper Meridian PA46-500TP that reached it’s time between overhauls (TBO).

We have carefully extracted the engine in April 2016

Then we sent it off for the overhaul. After 8 weeks we received the engine having everything working, including any ADs and SDs.

We re-fit the engine.

We have done several of these and would happily advise on any engine overhaul – large or small.
