Who We Are

From modest beginnings in rented accommodation, it is has developed into a full service FBO on the island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands.

In 1993, ASG opened the first of its own hangars with a purpose built 15000 sqft facility dedicated to aircraft maintenance. This development enabled more local aircraft owners to be supported and for ASG to promote itself as a maintenance destination for aircraft owners across Europe.

A new build FBO with additional hangarage was opened in 2007, increasing hangarage available to 41000 sqft. Services were expanded for based aircraft and the new facility proved to be a catalyst for growth through a new executive handling service available for the increasing numbers of business and general aviation aircraft visiting Guernsey.

In 2014 ASG embarked on a new and exciting period in its development, with the original founders welcoming new shareholders. Investments by Ravenscroft Investment Management and Guernsey resident Steve Page provided a further platform for growth, with Steve taking the reigns as CEO.

From 2014 through 2018 the company saw c30% growth year on year, the addition of new capabilities including aircraft sales & acquisitions.

Whilst providing and expanding services to general aviation customers remained a key strategy, a new focus on securing contracts with corporate customers and airlines as well as developing relationships with several OEM’s led to a balanced mix of capabilities on offer to the business and general aviation sector.

By the end of 2018, with strong entrepreneurial spirit and customer service values, ASG had evolved into a thriving business providing business and general aviation maintenance, executive ground handling and expertise in buying and selling business aircraft.

ASG’s next chapter commenced in December 2018 when Guernsey based Pula Ltd announced that it had expanded its portfolio of business aviation interests with the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of ASG Ltd.

ASG became part of the Pula’s newly formed Aviation Services business – “Pula Aviation Services Limited” which is led by CEO Steve Page.

ASG, now operates alongside Bristol based Centreline, also a Pula Aviation Services Limited business and through pooling the knowledge, expertise and operational fit of ASG and Centreline much more is on offer to our customers.
