With the forthcoming Brexit deadline approaching, we thought it beneficial to reassure our customers that we have been considering Brexit scenarios with you in mind.
Our Part 145 Approval is issued by EASA in accordance with their requirements for a Foreign Part 145, this means ASG will continue to provide EASA Approved Part 145 aircraft maintenance services to EU registered aircraft as normal. Our services and solutions to our European based customers will be unaffected by any changes in EASA Maintenance Approval regulations, regardless of the Brexit outcome.
For our UK customers in event of a “no-deal Brexit”, the UK Civil Aviation Authority intends to continue to recognize non-UK EASA Part 145 organisations – so again ASG’s current status will remain unchanged and we will maintain and certify G-Reg aircraft as normal.
