ASG was contracted last week to coordinate work on a Citation 560XLS which, following sales closure, required re-registration from San Marino to the German registry. The work included re-programming the ELT and transponder, applying new registration markings, a data plate and placards.
The aircraft is now in ASG’s hangars awaiting collection. An increasing number of aircraft brokers, lawyers, buyers and sellers are choosing Guernsey as a location for an aircraft’s sale to close, and ASG is seeing increasing demand for the on-aircraft work being the only FBO at Guernsey Airport capable of performing this type of work.
