Due to continued expansion of ASG’s aircraft maintenance business and our constant drive for process and efficiency improvements, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator.
The applicant will be responsible for ensuring all customers are kept up-to-date with maintenance progress and for handling all new enquiries. You will be the first point of customer contact, liaising with the commercial and engineering teams, organising quotes, estimates and invoices, as well as contributing to workflow planning.
Key assets will be ability to deal calmly with challenging situations and to handle competing priorities in a busy environment, along with an aptitude for understanding and communicating technical information.
